Your new roleOversee the maintenance and repair of building systems (electrical/mechanical)Lead a dedicated team of engineers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Manage Project WorksImplement preventive maintenance programs to enhance efficiencyGeneral building services tasksEmergency lighting, fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, water treatment, gas etc What you'll need to succeedIdeally to have been an engineer before moving into management/supervising. Experience in hard services as a supervisor or manager. Strong leadership and a hands-on approachThis role would suit a Facilities Manager with a Hard Services bias or an Engineering Manager, would also suit engineers with some supervisory experience.Commercial experience (offices, schools, hospitals etc) What you'll get in return
