We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic small team onsite in Birmingham 5 days per week.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Hubspot and other digital marketing strategies and tools, with experience in creating and organizing B2B marketing. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns via Hubspot aimed at generating awareness, leads, and new business.
Ideally, we are looking for at least 5 years of experience in this expertise and also be able to demonstrate the ability to stay in the same role for at least 3 years. i.e., no job hoppers.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies using Hubspot to increase brand visibility and engagement.
* Segment the database into relevant categories to target vertically.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
* Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
* Work as part of the senior management team.

* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

* Ability to analyze data critically to inform decision-making processes.
Remuneration
Up to £40,000 per year plus 10% company bonus based on performance (i.e., not guaranteed).
