Role: Health & Safety Consultant Location: M1 Corridor Projects across Yorkshire/ East Midlands/ Home Counties and London Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE) car allowance attractive benefits package Sector: Property Management Consultancy WRG is excited to support an independent property management consultancy that operate across the UK. In recent years the business has heavily invested in their safety & compliance team and this has grown significantly, our client has developed an excellent reputation in the sector which has led to them winning repeat work and being appointed on various frameworks. Due to this continued success, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Health & Safety Consultant to join their established safety team and oversee a diverse portfolio of projects (Estates, FM, Retail, Healthcare, Education, and Construction) across the M1 Corridor (projects will be based across Yorkshire, East Midlands, Home Counties and into London). The role would suit a competent and independent H&S professional who has worked within consultancy setting previously, offering a range of H&S services to clients and is able to liaise with various stakeholders. Duties: Offer a variety of health & safety/ fire safety services to a diverse client base. Familiar with all associated documentation relating to CDM 2015 e.g CPPs, PCIs, H&S file etc. Delivery of Principal Designer service on certain projects. Liaise with various stakeholders on projects client, principal contractor, architects and keep them updated in relation to H&S/ fire safety matters. Carry out risk assessments and fire risk assessments on projects. Carry out site inspections and accident investigations when required. Ability to offer additional services e.g asbestos, legionella etc. Client account management. Develop client relationships and build new ones. Requirements: NEBOSH Construction or NEBOSH General or equivalent. NEBOSH Fire or equivalent. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable but not essential). Member to IOSH, APS, IIRMS or a similar professional body. Member to IFE or IFSM. Excellent working knowledge of 2015 CDM Regulations. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
