Where will you be working?
Dyer & Butler
Our team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.
Defence and adjacent markets- We manage reactive and planned maintenance and upgrades on defence properties, airfields, military bases, ports, railway infrastructure and depots.
This role is a site-based role, in Dover.
This role offers you the opportunity to join a four-year framework, with the opportunity to lead and manage complex civil engineering projects within the Defence and Strategic markets, from initiation through to completion.

What will you be doing?
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements, particularly those specific to Defence and Strategic sectors.
Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Oversee procurement processes and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.What you’ll bring
Experience manging commercial change control, preparation of monthly applications and the preparation and issuing of sub-contract orders.
Experience working on NEC contracts
Excellent relationship building experience with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
A full Driving Licence
