As a HR Officer, you will be in a stand-alone role reporting into the Managing Director for a Manufacturing company based in Huddersfield. This role focuses on managing employee relations, HR processes, policies and procedures, compliance with employment laws, recruitment, and day-to-day HR operations.

Our client is a large Manufacturing company with approximately 100 employees onsite in Huddersfield.
Description
* Partner with the Directors.
* Manage employee relations casework, including D&G, sickness, and performance management.
* Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources requirements.
* Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
* Manage and process HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and amendments.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Support and advise managers on HR policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
* Senior stakeholder management with the ability to challenge.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
* Experience in managing and developing HR processes, policies, and procedures.
* HR administration experience, including contracts of employment.
* Experience in recruitment and training.
