Overall Position Summaryand Objectives
As a Program Manageryou will be responsible for supporting the direction and prioritiesof the CIT leadership team in the planning execution and monitoringof strategic interdisciplinary programs to ensure alignment withorganizational goals and objectives. You will ensure that programsstay on track deadlines are met and project resources are allocatedeffectively and communication flows smoothly between team membersand stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Statementof Work Details
Developsproject management documentation.
* Maintain accurate project documentation including projectplans status reports meeting notes and actions and other relevantrecords.
* Prepare progresssummaries descriptions and other materials to communicate withinternal and external stakeholders. Utilize data analysis whenpossible to enhance the clarity and relevance of communicationsensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout theproject lifecycle.
* Develop KPIs and progressreports for executive leadership including dashboards presentationsand updates to work breakdown structure as necessary.
* Present project updates and status reports at seniorleadership staff and management meetings.
Monitors and reports progress to projectowners.
* Support the CITleadership team in managing key strategic projects which willinclude breaking complex problems into milestones workingcrossfunctionally to drive projects forward measuring impact andcontinuously iterating to improve organizational outcomes.
* Provide operational and project managementsupport to various committees and initiatives such as strategicplanning sessions governance committees crossorganizationcommittees and working groups.
* Meet withstaff and stakeholders to determine the scope purpose andobjectives of projects. Work with project teams to develop projectplans assign project resources timelines and detailedworkplans.
* Organize and lead successfulproject meetings to ensure productive discussions and decisionmaking.
Conducts projectanalysis and reports to upper management.
* Identify document and monitor potential risksissues and dependencies that may impact project success.
* Work with the project team to develop mitigationstrategies and contingency plans for high risk issues to ensuretimely project completion.
* Monitor progress ofproject deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards andrequirements.
* Assist in managing approvedchanges to project scope schedule and budget. Evaluate changerequests their potential impact on the project and apply changemanagement principles in support of continuousimprovement.
Develops andtracks project budgets.
* Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are assignedand deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
* Ensure projects have standard documentation which mayinclude a project charter schedule resource plans andbudgets.
Researchesproject management best practices and new industrystandards.
* Develop projectmanagement standard operating procedures SOPs based on analysis ofestablished policies.
* Develop standardizedproject management templates tools resources guides and trainingmaterials and coach project managers on their effectiveuse.
* Establish standardized project trackingand review processes and workflows to include meeting formatsagendas and presentation approaches.
* Coordinate with other programs to share best practicesand consolidate approaches to increase project managementefficiency and effectiveness.
* Support thedevelopment of project management governance processes.
Provides subject matter expertise andsupport to other project managers.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with CITleadership project stakeholders including clients sponsors andother key individuals or organizations. Address stakeholderconcerns and keep them informed about project progress.
* Facilitate communication and crosscollaboration acrossteams and organizations to align plans and priorities
* Work with communications and web team to manage projectinformation on the CIT intranet and other informationplatforms.
