Short-Term Goals:
1. Dive into our client's diverse product range and business processes.
2. Familiarise yourself with internal systems and procedures.
3. Create an ambitious CPD (Continuing Professional Development) plan.
4. Attend weekly online college sessions to boost your skills and qualifications.
Long-Term Objectives:
1. Become a key member of the SHE team.
2. Lead as a SHE Officer on-site.
3. Design and deliver impactful health and safety training programs.
4. Mentor colleagues on behavioural safety practices.
What You’ll Bring:
1. Education: 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Maths, English, and Science (essential for the MA Occupational Health and Safety Level 3/4 course).
2. Drive: A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and personal growth.
3. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
4. Mobility: A valid driver’s license and access to a car would be preferred.
