HR Administrator Exceptional HR Administrator for Meraki HR Solutions Ltd Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 plus 25 days holiday, remote working Location : Working from home, ideally based in the Oxfordshire area with the ability to attend two face to face meetings per month in Oxfordshire. Hours : 37.5 hours worked over 5 days. Flexible start and finish times if required.Due to our ongoing success and growth, we’re looking for a standout HR Administrator to support our team of HR Consultants and our MD. The successful person will be able to deliver a consistently high level of administrative support to enable the team to give the best possible service & advice to our clients - this is where you come in.You will bring your experience of working either as an HR Administrator within an HR function or as a Business/Operations Administrator to help and support our small team. Your excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your own workload will be key to ensure the highest levels of documentation and support are provided to our team and our clients. This job could be for you if: You like being busy and juggling lots of different tasks and priorities You love clearing an inbox You’ll be managing our busy help email inbox and need to have the ability to allocate the emails correctly within the team. You’ve worked in HR Admin/Business or Operational Admin roles or a Consultancy environment and are used to providing documentation that is highly scrutinised. You’re used to working remotely full time and are confident to make the right decisions for the business and the team on your own. You are a real team player used to being in an admin support role, assisting the team to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You’re an MS whiz and a bit of a “techy” who is familiar with tech platforms to design, create and edit our documents to perfection to ensure our clients are over the moon about the work we deliver You have a growth mindset and love learning new things to help us keep ahead of our competitors with everything we do admin wise. A typical day in the role of the HR Administrator: Supporting the recruitment process for a client by completing their new employee’s templated offer letter and contract of employment. Carrying out reference checks or DBS checks for new starters. Reminding clients about probation period end dates. Monitor and produce reports on everything from holiday entitlement to sickness absence via our HRIS; Breathe. Create, update and format an employee handbook based on a new clients’ needs from our templates. Create a proposal for a potential new client with guidance from the MD. What do you get in return?
