Job Description
1. Supervising and managing all aspects of payroll within the organisation
2. Maintaining and updating payroll records accurately
3. Ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations and guidelines
4. Resolving payroll discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
5. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports for accounting purposes
6. Coordinating with the Accounting & Finance Department to ensure smooth operation
7. Ensuring confidentiality and privacy of employee data
8. Providing payroll information and guidance to staff and management
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Payroll Supervisor should have:
1. Proven experience in a similar Payroll Supervisor or Manager role
2. Any experience in the public sector would be advantageous but not essential
3. Advanced knowledge and understanding of payroll systems and procedures
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
7. Proficiency in using payroll software and related tools
