Senior Sous Chef – High-End Restaurant, East Sussex
Location: Near Camber Sands, East Sussex
Salary: £38,000–£42,000 per annum, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
Manage a designated section of the kitchen, maintaining efficiency and organization.
Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and presentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Mentor and support junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive work environment.
Our Restaurant:
Service Hours: Open for dinner seven evenings a week; lunch service on weekends.
Covers: 20-30 for dinner; 50-60 on weekends; lunch service accommodates 30-60 covers.
Special Events: Hosts corporate events for high-level fashion brands and 10-12 select weddings annually.
