Waking Nights Support Worker : Female Only Support Workers
Location : Hawkhurst and the surrounding areas, Kent TN18
Salary: A GBP 15 per hour, Bank Holiday paid at time time:and:a:half
Hours: Waking night shifts, 10 hours, 21:00:07:00
Our client provides regular 1:1 clinical supervision and 24/7 emergency on:call support. They have experienced payroll and human resources teams so support workers always have a point of contact for employment and pay queries.
The organisation do not directly employ support workers, but they recruit them on behalf of their clients, and their dedicated and experienced case managers are responsible for the day:to: day management of the support team. They provide access to mandatory training and brain injury specific training.

Our client is recruiting Support Workers to join a waking night team providing support for a 60:year:old gentleman with an acquired brain injury who lives in a flat in Hawkhurst, Kent. He has a great sense of humour, appreciates his support team and always tries to maintain his independence.
The waking night shifts are to support the client with BiPap non:invasive ventilation whilst they sleep and personal care as the client prepares for bed. The client wakes early and will require support with domestic chores whilst they undertake their morning routine.
They are seeking three or four support workers to complete a waking night team following a four weekly rolling rota.
* Shifts include weekdays, weekends and bank holidays
* Flexibility is required to cover holidays and sickness (days and nights)
* Up:to:date DBS at the enhanced level is required, which is paid for by the employer.

* Previous experience would be an advantage, however, no experience but a willingness to learn may be considered
* Someone with a flexible approach to covering day and night shifts as required for sickness and annual leave
