Customer Service Administrator
Manchester, Wythenshawe
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be required to work in all processes across the business providing support to customers and deliver a first-class level of service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
1. You will manage incoming customer enquiries by telephone and email.
2. You will process purchase orders & received.
3. You will own and manage customer accounts including database maintenance.
4. You will prepare and deliver part-numbered quotations in a timely manner.
5. You will support customers with logistical requests/questions.
6. You will prioritise workload and self-manage activities.
7. You will promote & work within our Digital Sales platform.
8. You will collaborate with all teams/departments to develop and improve customer performance.
9. You will have the opportunity to enhance product knowledge via formal training, on-the-job training, and e-learning.
10. You will actively participate in the utilisation of salesforce/SAP for the purpose of co-operation and collaboration of business opportunities.
11. You will assist with any other sales duties as required.
Qualification + Profile
1. You will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent including English and Maths A-D.
2. You will have previous work experience in administration.
3. You will have previous Customer Service experience (minimum 6 months).
4. You will have excellent communication skills and telephone/digital (Skype/GoTo/Microsoft Teams etc) manner.
5. You will learn to have a consultative selling approach with questioning techniques.
6. You will be computer literate.
7. SAP would be advantageous but not essential.
