The National Account Administrator (NAA) ensures effective and timely management of National administration which drives revenue growth and customer profitability. The NAA coordinates launches of new clients and supports with the development of National Account opportunities within the existing client base through professional management and coordination of internal and external processes. The NAA plays a crucial role with the implementation of price increases, fee programs & other business initiatives and works directly with customers, via electronic communication, by phone or in-person as required.Key Job Activities: Acts upon the direction from their line manager with core duties relating to the management of National Accounts. Direct communication with customers aiming to resolve commercial enquiries to reach a resolution of all stakeholders. Support with price and service-related reporting for key National Customers. Work closely with Customer Services, Credit Control & Master Data teams to ensure customer requests are fulfilled. Contract mobilisation coordination with internal departments. Coordinate the decommission of a lost account. Manage programmatic, large-scale One Time Service projects, for both new and existing clients, where required. Track and coordinate with colleagues, the implementation of annual Price Increases for National customers. Planning & preparing presentations and proposals for the National Account Team. Maintain contract information and data in SFDC. Update and maintain BES Drive to ensure accurate service detail and pricing. Required Education: High School or equivalen. Preferred Education: Associate's or equivalent.Experience (EMEAA): Required Years of Experience: 0 - 1 year Preferred Experience: Good knowledge & understanding Preferred: Driver's Licence University/college education or similar relevant sales experience preferred. Strong computer literacy, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office suite. Proficient in the use & understanding of CRM systems, Salesforce, preferred Excellent time management, self-discipline & organisational skills. Energetic, highly motivated & results oriented with a constant positive attitude - motivated by success. A strong negotiator with exceptional listening skill, with the ability to understand, interpret and match the circumstances to a desirable outcome suitable to all parties. Experience of operating within a competitive, high-pressure environment, preferably as part of a target driven team. Ability to be able to operate under pressure in a high-volume environment, both individually and as part of a team. Must be qualified to work in the UK and have a clean criminal records check.
