A Main Contractor that predominantly operates in the commercial office sector, undertaking fast-track Cat A / Cat B office fit outs, as well as more complex office refurbishment projects.
Company turnover circa £150m, project sizes ranging from £5m - £60m+
The Role
Project Director -
This role will see you work across new tenders, having an active and influencing role to help 'win work' alongside the rest of the preconstruction team. You will also be managing the active delivery of multiple projects (number of projects will vary depending on complexity & size), with Project / Senior Project Managers reporting into you.
Experience Required -
* Either experience in Central London Cat B fit out or commercial office refurbishments
* Experience at tender/preconstruction stage (2-stage tendering would be preferred)
* Relationships with relevant consultants/architects etc.
* Acting as Project Lead (#1 on site, managing the client, professional team etc.) on relevant projects
* Willingness to work in London 5 days a week.
The Salary
In return this role would be looking to offer a salary ranging from £120,000 - £140,000 + Travel Expenses, Pension, Healthcare and Bonus Scheme.
