Equifind is seeking a Fund Accountant to join a successful and expanding real estate fund located in the West End of London, by Green Park. Hybrid working: In the office 4 days per week.
This UK and European-focused investor manages assets exceeding $3 billion and has developed over 45 million square feet of real estate. The firm has backing from a highly reputable investor.
With a robust pipeline of upcoming transactions, this position is ideal for a fund finance professional eager to oversee a diverse portfolio of active investments and new acquisitions.
The role sits under three fund controllers and will support various funds/assets:
* Manage small team of outsourced accountants
* Oversight of investor reporting, presentations and Fund analysis.
* Management of statutory, tax and regulatory reporting requirements.
* Liaise with investors and executives on specific fund performance matters.
* Ongoing cashflow monitoring and management including co-ordination and review of service providers.
* Internal reporting of performance metrics and input of financial elements into JV partner reports.
* Responsible for the setup of new entities and structures as required.
* Supporting the Investment team in deal process.
* Ad hoc projects as needed
What do I need to apply?
* A qualified accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA/CIMA preferred).
* At least 3-5 years experience of working in a real estate fund. (Preferred)
* In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting standards.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate meaningful insights.
