Job Description
* Providing administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and board
* Managing and organising team schedules
* Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
* Managing and filing important documentation
* Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations
* Ensuring all communication is handled professionally and promptly
* Assisting in the planning and organising of team events
* Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a relevant field
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to handle confidential information
* A proactive and professional approach to tasks
