Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our friendly and dynamic One Stop Shop (OSS) team. This role is all about providing exceptional customer service while handling reservations for various hotel outlets, ensuring that every guest interaction is professional, upbeat, and smooth. Your Role in Our Family: Answer internal and external phone calls in a friendly and professional manner. Process and confirm guest reservations for all hotel services, including bedrooms, dining outlets, and spa appointments. Ensure all guest reservations receive same-day confirmation or cancellation emails. Handle guest inquiries via phone, letter, or email with efficiency and accuracy. Assist guests with any special requests, ensuring a seamless booking experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all hotel services, promotions, and events to upsell and maximize revenue. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the hotel. So much more What Would Make You the Perfect Fit? We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about hospitality and takes pride in delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate will have: Strong communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English. Previous experience working in a hotel environment, ideally in a reservations role. Knowledge of Opera or a similar reservation system is advantageous. The ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks with attention to detail. A flexible approach to working hours, including shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. A positive, proactive attitude with a desire to exceed guest expectations.
