Customer Service Advisor (health) Tewkesbury. Salary up to £28k doe. Permanent. Our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and confident Customer Services Advisor to join our award winning client on a permanent basis. This role could suit those with office based customer services or claims experience and a keen interest in health – either mental or physical as this role will combine both. Training will be given but candidates will need excellent customer service skills. Key duties: Providing excellent customer service to customers. Establish the reason for ill health/injury and identify any underlying causes Managing inbound calls from customer who wish to make a claim Updating the database with accuracy and attention to detail Dealing with claims in the correct manner in accordance with all guidelines. Using questioning techniques to decide the best way forward Key skills & knowledge required: Previous experience of working in an office based customer service role or claims advisor/handler is required Ability to use Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Demonstrate confident telephone manner An interest in healthy lifestyle’s would benefit this role A degree in a health-related role (psychology, sports therapy, sports science, nutrition) would be an advantage Salary – £24-£28k doe.
