Our client, a pioneering company in the technology sector, is currently seeking an Operations Analyst on a contract basis. This exciting role offers the opportunity to play a key part in fraud detection and operational efficiency within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Use industry-leading fraud detection tools to perform document analysis and identify fraud
2. Analyse and review applications, ensuring that applicants meet risk criteria
3. Provide advice and guidance to applicants to help accelerate the application process
4. Produce reports to assist our client and their clientele in making informed decisions
5. Work towards ambitious targets, demonstrating high organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple enquiries
6. Communicate effectively and persuasively; patience and empathy are essential
7. Explain complex requirements clearly in fluent written English
Job Requirements:
1. Willingness to be hands-on as part of a busy Ops Analyst team, dealing with high volumes of reports during peak periods with a calm and good-humoured approach
2. Commitment to achieving the right outcome for clients
3. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot and resolve problems quickly
4. Tenacity and adaptability, with the ability to maintain focus while working independently and remotely
5. Interest in learning more about fraud detection
6. Enthusiasm for joining an exciting startup, with a readiness to roll up sleeves and get involved
7. Experience in a similar role, especially in a startup, tech, or legal space, is beneficial. However, graduates or individuals from other sectors who demonstrate the above skills are also encouraged to apply
