UK Sales Representative

Responsibilities
A full-time UK sales representative representing Greenmore to liaise with customers in the UK.
1. Customer Relationship Management
* Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
* Address customer needs and provide solutions through products or services.
* Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
2. Sales Opportunities
* Develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the UK market.
3. Market Research and Analysis
* Research market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
* Analyse sales performance and market feedback to adjust sales strategies.
4. Sales Reporting and Documentation
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
5. Collaboration with Other Departments in Greenmore
* Work closely with other departments in Greenmore to ensure a smooth customer experience.
* Provide feedback from customers and markets to inform product development or marketing efforts.
Qualifications
-At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably sales experience in the UK outdoor furniture
-Customer relationship management
-Understanding of the outdoor furniture market in the UK, including seasonal trends, customer preferences, and competition
