Job Description Due to continual growth, our client based in Woodston, Peterborough, are currently recruiting for a Data Input Administrator. As the Data Input Administrator, you will be supporting the engineering department primarily providing day-to-day assistance to accurately upload and process all information of products required for manufacture of machinery. Responsibilities include: Upload all data from bills of materials provided to ERP system. Maintain & up revise existing data on the ERP system when requested. Update & maintain document libraries for the engineers ensuring all procedures & good housekeeping is followed. Check Parts Lists & drawing packs to assist engineers on accuracy of information. Required skills & competencies. Computer proficiency: Good Level of competency with Microsoft Office and digital platforms to effectively manage and process information. Previous experience in a similar data led role would be an advantage. Good communication skills, both verbally & written. Terms and Conditions: The role is full-time based on a 37-hour week, working Monday to Friday 08.30 to 16.45. However, there may be the requirement to work outside of these normal hours. Option to join Company pension scheme after 1 years’ service. In addition to the usual public holidays, currently 8 per annum, there is an annual leave allowance of 21 days.
