Job title: Transformation and Project Executive (12 month fixed-term contract)

Overview of the role:
We are looking for a Transformation and Project Executive to join our International Marketing team (12 month maternity cover).
The PokerStars International Marketing team is undergoing a fundamental transformation covering people, processes and technology. The scope of the change covers marketing assets delivered across a broad geographical span including Canada, UK, France, Spain and the UK.
As part of the transformation, the Director of Customer Marketing and Operations will require transformation and project management support in order to help deliver the key pillars of the Transformation Programme, which include Ways of Working, Culture, Change Plans, Process Changes and Technology Implementation.
The role of the Transformation and Project Executive is to assist the Transformation & Project Manager and the wider Marketing and Commercial teams to take accountability for and deliver business change.This role will work closely with various stakeholders across Marketing, MarTech, Product and Commercial as well as engaging colleagues from all areas of the business to achieve the desired outcomes.
What you'll do:
* Outcomes: work with the Transformation & Project Manager to own, plan and implement Marketing Transformation projects from the Transformation roadmap
* Project Management: ensuring blocks of work are delivered on-time while assuring transparency across the organisation
* Assist the Transformation & Project Manager to develop project timings plans which identify, track and report on risks and issues, working with necessary stakeholders
* Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
* Manage change through effective communication, training, resistance and results management
* Collaborate with teams to uncover opportunities for improvement and develop proposed solutions
* Work to understand internal policies and procedures to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
* Act as point of contact to other teams for process improvement and other requests falling into the team’s remit, carrying out feasibility assessments where relevant
* Become a subject matter expert on the processes, systems and tools used to ensure agility of project delivery
* Triage, delegate and oversee improvement related projects and tasks, ensuring each is managed through to completion and required outcomes achieved

What you'll bring:
We are seeking a driven and organized individual with the following experience and skills:
* Experience: Proven experience managing projects within complex organizations, particularly within the online gambling industry, and experience in marketing transformation or project management.
* Well-Organized: Capable of managing workloads efficiently and raising capacity or resource concerns with the Transformation & Project Manager when necessary.
* Excellent Communication: Able to deliver clear, concise, and high-quality communications, both written and verbal, that are consistent and prepared to a professional standard.
* Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key collaborators across a global organization.
* Collaborative: A true team player who earns the trust of colleagues, shares knowledge generously, and engages networks to drive progress and achieve results.
* Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and focused on delivering incremental change quickly, with an eye on driving commercial success.
