Working with all discipline areas of the ND business to gather in, analyse and share outwards various information. Provide support, analysis and delivery for business improvements as identified during the business planning process Principal Accountabilities of the role Interface with all areas of the ND business to gather and share informationOwnership and maintenance of ND distribution listsMonitor training role compliance within the function, provide monthly analysis to business support team leader, and report production to governance meetingsSupport function with organisational learning, training, condition reports and trend analysis etc.Aid in maintenance of internal intranet pages (eNZO)Monitor new starters onboarding into NDAssist in monitoring ND post training profiles, providing support to the function were necessaryUse of information management systems (AMS & CDMS), and provide support within the function Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications Qualifications and ExperienceStrong academic record including education to A level or equivalent and or proven administrative experienceExcellent IT skills including MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - ability to quickly learn new systems/programmesSome experience using SAP, however not essentialExcellent communications skills - communicates in an open, clear, and meaningful mannerGood organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracyGood time management skills and ability to work independentlyGood problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skillsNumerically proficient - comfortable with models and calculationsA flexible approach with the ability to multi-task and work on own initiativeStrong relationship building and interpersonal skillsExperience in taking data and useful product/output Key Competencies Collaborative working behaviours, able to work as part of a teamAbility to develop and maintain effective relationships within own team and in the wider businessProcess development and efficiency/effectiveness improvementsInsightful personality - sharing a fact-based approach to discussions and decisionsPositive attitude and behaviour, proactive and flexible approachManages own time and is organised (punctual and reliable), delivering tasks to time and quality constraints Manpower UK is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
