We are seeking to appoint a teacher with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner with a strong record of success who will be committed to raising the achievement of learners.
The person Redhill is looking for will:
• Have good subject knowledge and be a strong classroom practitioner who is capable of achieving outstanding outcomes for all students
• The ability to teach Science at KS3 and KS4
• Be committed to consistently deliver the highest quality of teaching. Passionate about differentiating so that every student is continually motivated and progressing to their full potential
• Be innovative, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching with a genuine interest in young people and their development.
