The Role
Shaw healthcare is a care provider operating circa 65 care homes and supported living services across the UK and is the largest employee owned healthcare company in the UK. Based in the head office in St Mellons, Cardiff an opportunity has arisen for an Invoicing Clerk to work within the Finance Department. Reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor and working as part of a friendly finance team with a strong emphasis on staff welfare you will play a key role in our sales invoicing process.
Desirable Skills And Experience
1. Previous office experience preferably in a finance role
2. Experience in raising and processing sales invoices with accuracy and efficiency
3. Previous credit control experience would be beneficial
4. Good organisational and administrative skills
5. Excellent numeracy skills
6. Able to work to a high level of accuracy with an attention to detail
7. Able to work to deadlines
8. MS Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
