Job description

About the role
To provide and deliver high quality person-centred education, learning outcomes and care support needed to service users with learning disabilities, autism, Mental Health, Behavioural support needs, Complex health, physical disabilities and PMLD in accordance with Company policies procedures and practice standards set by the Regulatory Body.
This role supports young adults to access their SEN alternative education, providing support to enable our learners to achieve positive outcomes in line with their EHCPs, inspiring them to explore and grow into adulthood. Manor Farm is based within a community setting offering a wide range of educational experiences.
Key task areas and responsibilities:
* Support and promote the development of Service Users attending the ‘Skills Tank’ Provision to meet the range of social care, learning, and education support needs for vulnerable adults.
* Actively support the Hub Manager in the delivery of educational and learning activities, ensuring tracked appropriately on daily systems.
* Provide concise and accurate feedback and reports to the Hub Manager on each learner’s progress.
* Provide relevant support to Service Users, on an individual or group basis, to enable them to access the curriculum as independently as possible.
* Ensure that available equipment and resources are used, stored, and maintained efficiently.
* Organise the classroom, its resources, Service User groupings, and displays to provide a stimulating learning environment.
Required:

* Manual handling
* Medication administration

* Driving licence - Some escorting of students will be required.
