The Sales Manager's role handles the day-to-day running of the WAV/DFW department, coordinating between sales, administration, and production. Responsible for customer interactions, resolving sales issues, and managing all aspects of sales activity. They will be provided targets and report to the WAV GM.
Day-to-day duties include:
1. Assist WAV GM to achieve/exceed delivery targets set by GM Coachwork Directors.
2. Assist WAV GM to achieve/exceed registration bonus targets set by OEM's.
3. Achieve/exceed Sales targets set by GM Coachwork Directors.
4. Assist WAV GM to implement and monitor a successful renewal program.
5. Help develop digital technologies to drive growth without continually increasing headcount.
6. Manage WAV/DFW sales operation overseeing coordination between sales, production, administration, and after sales.
7. Report in life issues to production and R&D to ensure root causes to issues are found and steps taken to stop any reoccurrences.
8. Run sales meetings, reviewing enquiries, demonstrations, and confirmations, to ensure Sales targets are achieved.
9. Manage initial customer complaints.
10. Supervise all sales staff performance across all levels, conducting periodic employee appraisals.
11. Manage demonstration fleet & demonstration staff performance across all levels ensuring appropriate customer demonstration lead-times.
12. Assist in sales staff recruitment.
13. Oversee staff training and development programs, including H&S requirements.
14. Review periodic reports and adjust operations to better meet WAV/DFW sales goals.
15. Maintain a positive outlook and attitude about the organisation and its goals, since this will directly translate to how staff takes on challenges and process changes.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven Sales Management track record.
2. Performance management skills.
3. Excellent Sales Motivational skills.
4. Ability to communicate effectively.
5. Strong time management, decision making, and organisational skills.
6. Overall Positive Attitude that will contribute to a better work environment for all members of the staff.
Personal Circumstances:
1. Full UK/EU Driving Licence.
2. Eligible to work in the UK.

Typical working hours: 08:30-17:30pm
Your annual holiday entitlement in any holiday year is 28 days, inclusive of all public holiday entitlement. During the holiday year following the completion of 5 years' continuous service, holiday entitlement will increase by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 33 days inclusive of bank holidays.
