Business Development Executive
OA are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join our clients award-winning contractor payroll company that specialises in UK and International payroll services.
The successful candidate will have previous sales experience and operate within a progressive working environment with excellent future prospects and earning potential.
Location: Kings Langley
Hours: Monday to Friday. 9am – 5pm. Office based.
Salary: OTE £45,000 (uncapped) incorporating Basic Salary of £28,000-£33,000 £5,000 car allowance.

Business Development Executive - Key Responsibilities:
6. Drive and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims and role targets.
7. Generate new business leads by making outbound calls to new and prospective clients, proactively researching leads, promptly following up enquiries, using own contacts and network.
8. Proactively identify and pursue potential markets and prospects.
9. Meet qualified new prospects face to face, where appropriate.
10. Accurately record all activity on Salesforce in a timely and efficient manner.
11. Maintenance of all-important Company documents and records, kept secure and up to date, using approved database.
12. Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
Business Development Executive - Skills and Experience
13. Excellent sales skills via phone and in person.
14. Previous recruitment, sales and construction experience is advantageous.
15. Self-motivated and results orientated with strong time management skills.
16. Excellent communication and empathetic skills.
17. Focused on delivering a high level of customer service and exceeding targets.
18. Knowledge of P.A.Y.E. and general taxation is preferred but not essential.
19. Proficient in mathematics and English with accurate data management skills.IT Literate, proficient in using MS Office, Outlook and sales CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
