Our dedicated team will be at the forefront, driving energy efficiency and improving living standards for residents About the Role: Join our dynamic local team based in our Dartford Office with regular travel to Thurrock sites and play a key role in high-standard Project Coordination for Planned and Net Zero Work activities in housing properties. Deliver best-in-class customer service while ensuring top-notch safety, quality, and cost control standards are met. Make a real impact in your community with us Role Criteria: Provide administrative, operational & customer service project support to Site & Commercial Team Assist the Site Manager with programming and planning of the project, ensuring property lists and programmes are supplied, maintained and updated for site teams and reports/feedback on programmes provided Monitor and report on KPI performance in accordance with contractual, operational & commercial obligations, working with all team members to ensure an efficient and productive service is delivered to service users & client to support the attainment and maintenance of high levels of satisfaction with performance delivery in accordance with agreed standard operating procedures Support the effective utilisation of resources across work stream/s Ensure the customer experience is central to all activities by adopting a professional manner when communicating with service users, clients, and both internal/external stakeholders This includes but is not limited to appearance, company ID, maintaining a high standard of Health & Safety requirements Communicating with service users, site team and client regarding ongoing work/s and liaison with colleagues to ensure accurate & timely information provided Follow and support policies, procedures, initiatives and work instructions at all times and keep all supplied company assets in a good condition in line with the company policies and report to your Manager where damages occur Provide back up to other project staff, covering any absences and attend informal and formal company & client meetings and training sessions as required Benefits we can offer you 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Annual Mears Fun Day - Our annual Fun Day is organised as a massive thank you from the Executive team for all the hard work Volunteering Leave - Mears supports employees to undertake paid volunteering in the community, in support of our social value commitment.
