Now, this is where you fit in… A role working within Information Security for the Constellation Automotive Group (CAG) as a Group InfoSec Business Analyst you will play a vital part in delivering our strategy to improve security maturity across the group, through the identification and analysis of processes and business requirements. The Group InfoSec Business Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, processes and overall operations of the organisation. You will first focus on supporting the delivery of a security maturity programme for Marshall Motor Group and working with finance teams, so travel to their HQ (Milton Keynes) and other sites will be required Key Responsibilities: Work with SMEs to document processes, identify and track opportunities for improvement. Producing and documenting Business Process Modelling (BPM) for ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ states. Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and desired outcomes for technical projects. Translate requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for project teams. Ensure acceptance criteria is agreed, documented, and clearly mapped to individual business requirements to support the overall quality plan for the project. Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project goals. Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows, roles and responsibilities, user stories, use cases, system requirements specifications and both functional and user testing. Knowledge and Experience: Required Skills: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on technical projects. Experienced in identifying, comparing, and selecting the appropriate best practice process, tools or delivery methods for use when evaluating suitable project outcomes. Experienced in preparing, running and documenting workshops online and in person. Proven experience in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements. Proven ability to research, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems. Strong understanding of project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Good knowledge of financial transactional processes (desirable) Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to driving results and achieving success. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with autonomy but also collaborate well and progress work as part of a wider team.
