As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing support via phone, and email. Client Details Our client is a well-established businesss and professional services business within the world of IT and they are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Whitefield team on a 3 month basis with the possibility of going perm. Description As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will: Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service to customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Accurately process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all transactions are handled in a timely manner. Accurately process collection requests for customers in an efficient manner to ensure dates are met Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to the Customer Services Manager when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Profile To be successful in this role: Have experience within customer service or call centre (1 year or more) Strong written and verbal communication skills A passion for customer service and a desire to resolve queries through to completion Demonstrable experience of working and delivering daily, weekly and monthly targets Excellent problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word with the ability to use multiple different systems at one time Job Offer In return, our client can offer: 3 month temp to perm role On-site-parking Weekly pay Career prospects Mon - Fri working patterns
