Reed Accountancy are seeking a dedicated Accounts Admin for a 12-week temporary assignment with a reputable engineering company. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13 - £14, depending on experience and an early finish on Fridays Key Responsibilities: Purchase Ledger: Managing stock purchases, allocating deliveries, controlling stock, and inputting purchase invoices. Sales Ledger: Creating works orders, sales orders, and delivery notes. Database Maintenance: Keeping an accurate record of completed jobs. Email Management: Using Microsoft Outlook for communication. General Administration: Performing various administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Proficiency in Sage Line 50 Accounts - essential for role. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Previous experience in a similar role. Reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. A professional, confident, friendly, and helpful telephone manner.
