The main tasks will be to respond to emails received by the practice from patients, patient's representatives and third parties and ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner. To be responsible for running a smooth and efficient recall system and to send for and book in those patients that are due. To deal with any urgent or routine patient tasks that are received from clinicians. To scan and read code hospital letters received and if any further action is needed ensure this is followed up. Register new patients and also deal with any amendments and deductions. Any other administrative duties to support management.
