We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our creative team and play a key role in enhancing our brand presence across digital platforms. This role is responsible for producing high-impact paid social advertising assets, designing engaging emails, and optimizing website experiences to drive conversions and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has significant experience in designing digital ads optimized by performance insights with experience in e-commerce, a strong aesthetic eye, and a passion for beauty and skincare.

Reporting into the Creative Director and working closely with our Marketing Director, Growth team and Creative Designer.
Responsibilities:
* Paid Social Ad Brand Creative: Develop and execute visually compelling static and motion-based digital assets for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring they align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. This includes proactively identifying and creating strong hooks for Ads to maximize impact.
* Paid Social Influencer /UGC Editing: Editing content to deliver the most engaging outputs per channel, with strong hooks, adding special effects, graphics, and sound, VFX and fine-tuning final output.
* Performance Optimization: Partner with the performance marketing team to analyze asset performance and iterate designs based on data insights.
* Email Design: Design and build high-performing, on-brand email campaigns, including promotional offers, product launches, and customer engagement emails.
* Website Experience: Enhance the user experience by designing and optimizing website landing pages, banners, and other UI/UX elements to improve conversion rates and brand storytelling.
* Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital touchpoints while evolving the creative strategy to stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, growth, and e-commerce teams to ensure creative assets align with campaign goals and brand messaging.
* Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of creative assets for efficient use across platforms.
* Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, self-teach and experiment with new techniques, and software to continuously improve and deliver.
Required Skills:
* Accomplished digital designer with 5+ years experience.
* Extensive video edit experience with a portfolio of editing for ads and digital platforms.
* Experience in developing paid social hooks and commercially engaging content.
* An impressive conceptual outlook and ability to produce original ideas and to creatively problem solve in time-sensitive situations.
* High-level creative thinking and the confidence to use it.
* Proficiency in relevant software such as Adobe suite.
* Strong command of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills including file management and archiving.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while consistently exemplifying our culture and values.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* A keen interest in AI & examples of how it has or will create optimal digital outcomes.
