Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 20 in the Facilities department, overseeing maintenance activities across 700 stores in the UK and Ireland. This includes managing subcontractors, conducting regular store inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and analyzing maintenance reports using the CAFM system.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful applicant will be accountable for a £6m budget and provide regular updates to Directors on the Facilities team's performance. They will also support the overall real estate and FM strategy of the company.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have experience as a Head of Facilities in a retail organisation, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to commute to Nuneaton at least once per week. Additionally, they should have CAFM experience and strong IT skills, as well as a natural ability to build relationships.

Package
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of £60k-£75k, a company car or car allowance, hybrid working, and the opportunity to work for one of the fastest-growing retail stores.
