Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Provide coaching and support to management on employee performance, development, and engagement issues.
Facilitate talent management processes, including succession planning and workforce development initiatives.
Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Conduct investigations related to employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective HR programs and policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a mid- to large-size organization.
Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience in facilitating training and development programs.
Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and influence change effectively.

Pay Per Hour: £40.00
