About You We are looking for a planner who has substantial experience working in the field of Development Management. This could include experience working in a combination of public and private sector roles. You will be a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI)(or eligibility) and have demonstrable experience dealing with a wide range of planning applications, particularly proposals for urban regeneration, large scale applications, complex and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) developments. You will be a strategic thinker with an eye for detail, a strong communicator willing and able to represent the department at relevant Committee, hearings and Public Inquiries.
