Leading, influencing and delivering a comprehensive Health Visiting service in line with the Healthy Child Programme and local service specifications for health visiting that meets the public health needs of local communities.
You will undertake the Health Visitor role for 80% of your clinical time. 20% of your role will be dedicated to working within a structured 6-9 month work-based programme under the supervision of the Public Health Nurse Consultant. You will identify, design and manage a project focusing on health at a population level, looking at ways to make communities and environments healthier, reducing ill-health and tackling health inequalities.
