Your New Role: You will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions across our client's application estate. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements. Analyse and document business processes, workflows, and systems. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business operations. Develop and maintain system documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user manuals. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions. Work with IT and development teams to design, test, and implement new systems and enhancements. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business systems analysis. What You'll Need to Succeed: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools and software. Knowledge of project management methodologies. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
