Job Scope:
We are looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead the daily operations of our client's homecare services. The Registered Manager will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, maintaining the organization's Good Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating. In this pivotal role, the Registered Manager will foster a supportive and positive work environment, encouraging staff development and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of service users while adhering to best practices.
Additionally, the Registered Manager will ensure all services comply with CQC and other relevant legislation, including safeguarding procedures. Maintaining strong relationships with service users and their families is essential, as is overseeing the financial aspects of the service to ensure efficient use of resources. Do you have?
* A minimum of 2 years experience in domiciliary or homecare services in managerial role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification. Those with a Level 3 qualification must be willing to obtain Level 5 upon successfully completing a 6-month probationary period.
* Proficiency of CQC regulations, with a proven history of maintaining or improving CQC ratings.
* Ability to inspire, lead, and manage a diverse team, ensuring high standards of care and staff development.
* Passion for person-centered care, coupled with excellent organizational and time management skills.
* A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
