Role Summary
As the Logistics and Order Processing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order management process, maintaining high-quality standards, and minimising costs. Working closely with suppliers, customers, forwarders, and internal teams, you will ensure timely deliveries, resolve operational challenges, and support the business in achieving its goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Order Processing and Shipment Management
* Implement and maintain efficient procedures for high-quality order processing.
* Ensure quick turnaround times for shipments and orders.
* Negotiate shipping terms, prices, and transit times with forwarders.
* Oversee compensation funds and rebates, ensuring timely payments from suppliers.
* Monitor and manage Supplier Sellouts and maintain accurate reporting systems.
Planning and Collaboration
