We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident, professional candidate to join a successful luxury goods company in Maidenhead in the newly created role of Receptionist. The company is growing and they are moving into fantastic new offices with capacity for the team to double in size - as such, there are excellent opportunities for career progression and scope to grow the role over time. Please note that this is a fully office based role. Free parking is provided. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9 - 5 with one hour lunch. Responsibilities As Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all employees and visitors to the office, providing a warm welcome and positive atmosphere. Responsibilities will include: Ensure the smooth running of reception Meet and greet all visitors to the office Maintain security by keeping the visitor log updated and ensuring correct badges are worn Manage meeting room bookings and handle any associated arrangements, refreshments etc Order company consumables such as stationary and kitchen stock Support the EA to CEO with administrative tasks including travel bookings Assist with facilities management including contacting suppliers and contractors as necessary to report and resolve issues Previous experience in a similar role is NOT necessary - full training will be provided. This would be an ideal entry level role for a graduate or college leaver, or for someone looking to change career. Over time there is scope to take on further responsibilities including facilities management and administrative tasks to support the EA to CEO. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is a positive, professional approach. Competence using Microsoft Office is essential.
