What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to recruit a dedicated and hardworking Admin Assistant to provide general administrative support to the school and assist in the efficient running of the school office under the instruction of the Administration Manager.
You will need to be a capable individual with assured skills in administration, compliance and customer service. The school are therefore looking for a committed person with outstanding communication skills to play a key role in the busy day-to-day operation of the school.
This is a 12 month temporary contract whilst the existing post holder is on maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative, financial and organisational services to the school within set frameworks
• To ensure the provision of an efficient administrative, and managementsupport service to the school in accordance with the approved school and Trust policies
• To act as the initial point of contact for parents/carers, visitors and other stakeholders, so will be an ambassador for the school and embody the value, vision and ethos of the school in all interactions.

The working hours are 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday term time, plus 5 additional days.
FTE: £24,294 (pro-rata)
Actual Salary: £20,780
