Im currently working a leading food processer looking for a Senior Food Safety & Quality Manager with the purpose of Supporting the Site Technical Manager by ensuring compliance with technical requirements, maintaining high food safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Responsibilities: Oversee the HACCP-based Quality Management System and ensure compliance with customer, BRC, and legislative standards. Lead and train the Food Safety and Quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement. Manage audits, corrective actions, non-conformance issues, and KPI reporting. Support new product development (NPD) by providing technical guidance and ensuring product specifications meet customer expectations. Promote health, safety, and environmental best practices across the department. Requirements: Proven experience as a QA Manager in the food industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and report writing. HACCP certification (Advanced Diploma preferred).
