Candidate Requirements: Experience: Previous experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring capacity. Understanding of challenges faced by KS3 and KS4 students. Training: Certificate in Behaviour Management or equivalent. Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures. Skills: Strong communication and organisational abilities.
