Role Summary:
The credit controller will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient cash collection from debtors, ensuring a smooth cash flow.
Responsibilities
1. Proactively manages and collects debts of company debtors
2. Maintains ledgers recording customer debt, communications, queries and outcomes
3. Follows overdue debt escalation process to escalate accounts for debt collection
4. Liaises with internal stakeholders to provide support with account payment queries through to resolution
5. Posts cash received daily and promptly resolves any unallocated payments
6. Helps to provide an efficient and friendly post course service
What we're looking for
1. 2+ years experience in a Credit Controller role
2. Excellent numeracy skills
3. Experience of using Xero
4. Well-developed planning and organisational skills, with the ability to balance urgent and important tasks
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
6. Attention to detail, able to complete tasks with accuracy and consistency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
