Staff accommodation provided About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our clients team on the breathtaking Summer Isles. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef looking to step up or an established Chef ready for a fresh challenge in a stunning coastal location. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Plan and prepare seasonal menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to maintain efficiency. Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations at all times. Work collaboratively with management to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Maintain stock levels, manage suppliers, and oversee kitchen budgeting. Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role. A passion for high-quality, fresh, and locally sourced ingredients. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. A team player with excellent communication skills.
