They are looking for a Repairs Planner to join their team due to company expansion.
Job role:
The chosen applicant will be in charge of managing a network of contractors to guarantee effective upkeep and repairs at their clients' homes.
Key responsibilities:
* Answering maintenance requests from clients over the phone and through our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system
* Planning and organising scheduled maintenance visits
* Using our CAFM technology and phone conversations to manage contractors
* collaborating with the technical team to troubleshoot maintenance and repair issues
* Managing processes and workflows using the CAFM system
* Regularly meeting with clients in person or through Teams
Skills - Essential:
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a rational and realistic approach to difficulties Strong experience working in a fast-paced help desk or call centre
* Outstanding experience with client service
* Outstanding communication abilities and an assured manner
* Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to establish constructive connections both within and outside Strong ability to maintain composure under pressure
* Being available to work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and to be on call one Saturday every six weeks
