Child Support Worker
Location: Meldreth, Nr Royston, Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border
Salary: £11.72 - £12.78 per hour (£20,941.63 - £22,834.95 actual salary), depending on experience and qualifications ...
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only

Key Duties:
1. Support students in their learning and development in both classroom and community settings.
2. Assist young people with PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism to reach their educational and personal targets.
3. Help create an inclusive, respectful environment that promotes equality and diversity.
4. Empower students while growing your understanding of Special Educational Needs.
5. Provide high-quality support, including personal care and physical intervention when needed.

11. Have strong communication skills, particularly with students with unique communication needs.
12. Hold a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (or equivalent).
13. Are eager to work towards additional qualifications, with full support and funding provided.
