Property Co-ordinator - Wells and Co Support Centre - Bedford, Bedfordshire Position Wells & Co have a fantastic new opportunity as a Property Co-ordinator to provide a high level of support to the Property and Asset Management team to assist them in ensuring that, when it comes to property and maintenance, our customers and stakeholders have guaranteed business continuity at all times, As a critical link between field-based staff, contractors, suppliers, and administrative colleagues, you will ensure the satisfactory handling of al Tenant/Pub Manager queries, requests and complaints relating to repairs and projects and overseeing administration relating to dilapidations activities. This role involves managing repair and maintenance systems, administering contractor quotations and establishing an audit trail to ensure that works are completed efficiently and on time. Based at Brewpoint, we are looking for a pro-active individual who continuously looks to identify opportunities for improved processes and best practices within the team. Requirements Receive all customer property queries/requests in relation to complaints, maintenance, compliance and projects. Ensure contractors attend call outs and follow up with customers on completion, logging all actions Co-ordination, management and administration of the Pub level, Head Office & Brewery Statutory Compliance regime, ensuring that levels of periodic testing and compliance are managed within agreed KPIs. Process incoming statutory notices from local authorities and communicate with relevant stakeholders. Engage in site transitions, ensuring all required actions are completed efficiently to minimize transition periods. Coordinate and prepare monthly submission packs for capital investments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Ensure that all associated Property Databases are maintained consistently and accurately and available for review as required. Co-ordination of general duties associated to the Groups Facilities Management responsibilities at Head Office and Brewery. Attend and contribute to team meetings as required, ensuring minutes are recorded and circulated within agreed timelines. What we are looking for: High level of IT literacy and understanding – Excel (including pivot tables), word and PowerPoint Service-oriented approach with a focus on ownership and seeing things through to completion. A great communicator with good interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels across the business. Takes pride in offering a high level of detail and accuracy. Focussed and results driven. Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team, comfortable flexing between responsibilities as situations and priorities demand. Understands the value that Property has to the business in terms of customer experience and profitability.
